I will say your message could potentially be interpreted as actually promoting that site, because you included the link directly. Might not have been your intention, but I can see it from multiple angles.
Personally I'm a proponent of aggressive action towards idea-thieves. There are admittedly way too many of these in the fields of hypnosis & NLP and their actions should not be supported in any way. I need to find out more from a variety of perspectives about this -- before responding about this particular situation.
