Hurricane Sandy

Bracing here for Hurricane Sandy; let's hope she goes Nor'easter! They are talking of winds of 75 MPH and a rise of 10- 15 feet in ocean water levels around here, about a mile down the road, luckily my house is up on a hill - so as I see it, I will either get through this or be dancing with Munchkins and talking to the Wizard in the Land of Oz.

I just came upon the scene of a car accident earlier this evening. It must have just happened, it was raining lightly. The car was more or less destroyed. There was a young couple from the car in the street with a young toddler girl, about 2 years old and the woman was pregnant. They were waiting a light, which I do consider mistimed near a highway exit ramp. There one other car in front of mine, and that driver saw the light change to green and the car that got hit was moving forward…

I enjoyed presenting at a new Southern NJ -- NGH Chapter meeting last night and the after - party wasn't bad either! LOL Great group, a new chapter, it was great being there and getting to know some of my colleagues/new friend! Thanks to all! John
