For me, the most important tool is the one that is the most necessary (i.e. using your voice), whereas the most favorite tool is the one we like to use the most because it provides the most value.

It must be either the holiday season, or something in the air, but two of the last three clients I had felt they needed to include a tip with my fee. In both cases an extra $15. At first, I corrected them and restated my fee ($125) but they both were firm that I accept it. Okay, consider my arm twisted...hehehe.

I have had several people approach me for training recently asking when I will be holding online classes again.
I did have online classes several years ago but then my mom died and I had to put all that on hold to take care of other family needs.
Now, finally, I have all the personal issues in a manageable system and I am open to resume training.
