My advice is surprise them. Bin the progressive relaxation. Do a more rapid group induction using a classic suggestibility test such as magnetic hands as the induction and then test your work suggesting arm…"

Hello everybody I'm doing my first group induction this weekend at my hypnotherapy class - exciting times. I'll probably use the progressive relaxation induction, 10 to 1 deepener, positive affirmations, bring back out. I was thinking about using some garden imagery for the visual cues. It's all pretty standard/bit boring, so I was thinking about livening it up a bit by bringing some more "stage" hypnosis to it, for example the balloon tied to finger arm raise.
