A busy month

All I have to say is WOW! What a busy month I have had. Just been working hard on updating websites, getting clients and so much more. I am certainly not complaining but I was sort of hoping that January would give me a little break…but so much for that.

A Great Helpful Tool

I understand that sometimes during this rocky economy, it can be hard to find new clients. One tool that I wanted to recommend is a site that I just started using called Blog Talk Radio. It is free and basically gives you an opportunity to host your own Internet radio show.

After much debate and pondering over the idea, I have finally decided that I am going to begin practicing hypnotherapy from my home office. I will continue to make house calls and do phone sessions as I do now, but I am really excited as this will give me a chance to be closer to my family while I am working.

Now, this decision did not come fast and easy as I have read and heard a lot of negative opinions about doing this. But still, I believe this is something that I will be able to… Continue

Are you a Scatterbrain?

Posted on March 21, 2009 at 1:47pm 0 Comments

When you forget a face or can't find your car keys, it's not because your brain is out of storage space. You just aren't filtering out other thoughts well enough, a new study finds.

The research contradicts a popular notion that memory capacity is solely dependent on how much information you can cram into your noggin.

Rather, it shows that if you can disregard some of what you see, you'll do a better job remembering the visual input you deem… Continue
