About Me:
I've been a hypnotherapist for over 15 years and love seeing the transformation it continually brings about in peoples' lives. I am constantly amazed at the mind-body connection and how our overall health is affected by our emotional health. I often incorporate accupressure into my work in the form of EFT as it is also very powerful in shiftng and resolving internal conflict.
I am a mother of 6 and grandmother of 5 (+ one on the way) - new life is so precious and exciting.
Hobbies:
I can still get around a squash court quickly and love cycling with my husband in the warmer months. Camping has also begun to feature as a regular activity in summer - on those 40 degree days just sitting in the river reading is so peaceful.

I started using hypnosis for memory retention and recall in 1970. Over the years I would use it for various things. But, by 1994 I was house bound and bed bound by the symptoms of IBS and Fibromyalgia. I healed myself of both and remain symptom free to date. I decided to get certified and have been doing medical hypnotherapy full time since 1995.
