What are you looking for on this site?: Looking for students for my classes and home study/video classes and purchasers of my hypnosis manuals, cds, and dvds. I am also looking for referrals from hypnotists who do not live in San Antonio.

About Me:: I have been a hypnotist for 10 years, and am board certified through NGH and a certified instructor with my mentor and spiritual mother, Shelley Stockwell Nicholas at IHF. I ran San Antonio's Wellness Center, a group of independent holistic business owners who have come together to provide wellness education and assistance to San Antonio and the surrounding community, for two years. Due to shifts in the economy, we had to close our doors in February of 2009. I am working in sales part-time and absolutely love what I do!!! the break from the therapeutic world has been a wonderful sideline for me. Business is now coming back better than ever and I am finishing the self-hypnosis training book I started 12 years ago.

Hobbies:: I thorougly enjoy hanging out with my next-door-neighbor and 79-years-young playmate, Uncle Ernie, and some of my girlfriends, Henrietta and Cynthia, and my 12-year-old nephew, Kevin. My work is my play, too, so it's all good. we act like tourists on the SA river, play scrabble, sit in the front yard and watch the grass grow and generally just enjoy being alive. there is so much to see and do in san antonio, you could never get tired of it.

Of those how many were master or phd level or liscensed pych people or nurses. In this area at this time no separate hypnotists. The pych people say they can handle such. But I don't think they do. And of course, It really does come down to payment. I had one pychologist start the inquiry process of getting me, a nurse, certified to do his biofeedback clients at the clinic. Insurance came back that "he" had to do it not supervise and sign off on it.
Scott giles in the chicago area gets referals from university of chicago and other suburban hospitals but I don't know if he practices in the hospitals or if the clients come to him. You can contact him through NGH or his website. He's been in practice for 25+ years. He would be an excellent resource.
