What are you looking for on this site?: Looking to network with fellow Hypnotherapists...Learn as much as I possibly can (I'm currently a hypnosis info junkie).

Areas of Specialty:: CCHt, Certified EFT Practitioner, EFT/Energy Therapist, Nutritional Consultant, Master Life Coach and Weight Loss Specialist.

About Me:: I learned about the powers of hypnosis when I was trying to lose weight myself. I was nearly 300 lbs. I lost a large chunk on my own with dieting, cutting back...but then stalled...for a long time. I went to a Hypnotherapist out of desperation to get the weight to start coming off again.

I enjoyed my sessions and results so much that I ended up studying Hypnotherapy myself and became Certified a few years ago. I absolutely LOVE this field of work.

I also stumbled upon EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and MTT (Meridian Tapping Technique) and studied that and am now a Practitioner and use EFT along side my Hypnosis with outstanding results.

I have now been certified in NLP, Nutritional Consulting, and have obtained my Master Life Coach certification.

Next is getting my Personal Trainer certification and then on to finishing up writing my book on weight loss!

Hobbies:: Drinking Margaritas and Eating good Mexican Food with the hubby....my idea of a perfect day and my favorite hobby.

I also crochet.
I enjoy painting...I am a trained Artist.
I am an outstanding Cook...was a Personal Chef to the rich in So. Cal for many years...I still cook up fantastic meals as a hobby (all while losing weight with Hypnosis and EFT...fantastic)
I enjoy gardening...well not the actual work of gardening lol...I enjoy the results in my yard.
I enjoy traveling.
I enjoy finding fantastic and funny videos on youtube with my teenagers...great fun hobby.
My newest hobby is learning to play Texas Holdem...not the best yet, but I can hold my own for a while.

Yep, I'm new here. Found this wonderful network because of the HypnoSummit 2.0...of course. Since I've been on here, maybe 2 weeks, I have had many of my collegues post welcomes to me already. Fantastic. What a way to feel welcome. Thanks everyone.

         I noticed that you are working to become a Certified Personal Trainer. That's really great, and I am curious if are not already a CPT. If so, congrats. Do you use your hypnosis training to help your clients? If so, maybe we can exchange e-mails about some new uses developed in Israel regarding Kabbalistic Visualization. It has become much more streamlined over the years, and is now very helpful for people studying martial arts, fitness, bodybuilding, gymnastics, running, and bicycling.

          The people I have helped in Europe and Israel find it really enhances their training workouts. So if you are by chance curious about it, feel free to send me an e-mail or comment.
