Hi Kevin, as regards your question re. Kenrick Cleveland, I highly recommend everything he has put out as he is an incredible master in using the hypnotic levers of NLP in the persuasion and influence area. Unfortunately he no longer sells his old flagship product Maximum Persuasion and the updated edition MaxPII as they are very step by step in the approach to using NLP in sales. Bandler's Persuasion Engineering is also quite good although not in my opinion for the beginner as he is using very advanced skills in that video.
