Hypnotherapy wasn't something I knew I was going to do but came across it completely randomly and I absolutely love it. I think it is incredible how the human mind works and the ability to help people make changes in their life is truly wonderful and purposeful. I am really looking forward to this journey and expanding my knowledge :)

Yoga, running, spending time with friends, meditation, learning

I was very, very ill with IBS and Fibromyalgia and didn't want to stay ill. I used self hypnosis to heal both. That was 1996 and I have been symptom free ever since. After that I got certified and have been specializing in medical aspects of hypnosis ever since.
