Dear Lisa...California laws will support reimbursement for your clients. Hypnosis is never covered. You will need to bill on psychological codes and have a supervisor to put those codes on the form. Smoking Cessation, Weight Loss, Phobias, Bruxism would be considered symptoms of 300.02 Generalized Anxiety.
Chronic Pain would be 307.81
