Hi All and Happy Easter weekendI have a client coming in for extreme behaviors issues (all or nothing kind of issue). I tend to have the same behavior...focus really well. Most contexts this behavior works for me and when it doesn't I've learned to watch for the signs. When I read and research I will read 100's of documents and books -- this has served me.
