Looking to share ideas with professionals using hypnotherapy as a therapeutic tool to create change and help others awaken their conscious self.

About Me:

Trained at the Colorado School of Counseling Hypnotherapy in Longmont, Colorado - my practice invites people to transform their lives. My previous career was in medical massage therapy wherein I worked with people involved in high-impact auto accidents. I have trained extensively in various massage and healing modalities such as Thai Massage (trained in Chang Mai, Thailand), Reiki Master Teacher, structural integration, therapeutic touch and various other modalities. Through my career as a bodywork - I realized that I was limited when only working in the physical realm. I began to see patterns in people's lives that seemed directly related to their thoughts and beliefs. One client went so far as to attract 5 auto accidents within a 16 month period. I knew there was a more direct and powerful way to support and help people change their lives and heal their bodies.

Teaching and learning is my passion. I have taught in the massage realm and eventually plan to teach hypnotherapy as I continue my path as an educator and creator of healing space.

Hobbies:

Quilting, scuba diving, travel, witnessing my daughter going through life (teenagers are fascinating creatures!), watching my husband's band (drummers are fascinating as well!) and sharing time with friends - all of these feed my soul!
