I've been exploring myself, spiritual traditions and healing modalities for many years now and have a great interest in human behavior and areas of exploration such as Neuroscience and cutting-edge ways of exploring ourselves while staying close to real world action as possible.
I like to follow a very practical, grounded, pragmatic approach to doing Hypnotherapy or other healing modalities and avoid Metaphysics as much as possible.

Hobbies:

Hiking, reading, getting to know new, interesting people, sharing stories, learning new things, traveling, listening to a wide variety of music and exploring myself in as many ways as possible.
