Malpractice Insurance

Hello fellow colleagues,I just received my latest invoice for my malpractice insurance. The cost keeps creeping up  every year. I'm wondering how many hypnotherapists carry malpractice insurance?I started purchasing a policy  three years when I opened my practice. I'm considering dropping it this year. About Me:
I'm a certified clinical hypnotherapist as well as a registered nurse. I've worked in many different areas of the medical field in a variety of positions;clinical trial coordinator, nurse educator in a large University setting . Most recently in neurology, specifically with MS patients. I still work on a part time basis training patients and caregivers how to use their injectable therapies , educate them about the disease process, medication side effects and symptom management.
Hobbies:
I love to read, swim, and take walks when the weather permits.
