Networking for hypnosis practice and research information, as well as fellowship with other hypnotherapists, etc. Generally expanding my outlook on how hypnotherapy can be used and different approaches.
About Me:
I have been interested in hypnosis for more than 20 years but didn't start to use it until about 10 years ago for help in my sales job. I took my certification in 2006 and realized that training was just the tip of the iceberg.
Since then I have certified in 5-PATH hypnosis via Cal Banyan and pain management via Ron Eslinger. As well, I have studied Gerry Kein's course and attended his Ultra Heights seminar here in Vancouver, BC.
Previous careers have included in reverse order: online advertising sales, Canada customs border officer, chiropractor (16 years), public relations and journalism.
Hobbies:
Right now my main "hobby" is continuing to study and learn all I can about hypnosis. I love reading, Vancouver Canucks hockey, watching tv mystery/spy series, sci-fi, as well as different types of documentaries on science and technology.
I tend to be a bit of an infoholic in many ways. Or should I say that I have broad interests? Whenever possible I get over to Vancouver Island to go salmon fishing with my buddy, Carl, or to do hypnosis explorations with amazing fellow hypnotherapist Ines Simpson. (See photos).
thanks for the great comments and loved making new friends. I have to admit that I probably learn more out of teaching and get more out of than anything else I do. Loved it.
Hey Mike,
Nice to hear about your progress. I just spent some time on your website. Great job! It looks very professional and has a great deal of information.
As for watching my video later I think time is up for the Summit. I couldn't get on at all today. :( If you want to purchase a video I'm adding them to my website shortly.
It looks as if you've really taken time to be trained by a variety of people. Good job. You're obviously well prepared.

Hasn't the little one grown?! Frightening how quickly time seems to go by... Especially between friends.

I had my practice in Langley for ten years before moving to New Westminster. Langley was very good to me.
