Hello Neil,

I was just thinking about what you do besides hypnotherapy. When you have the time read The Worst is Over by Judith Simon Prager. It might be very useful in your search and rescue work.

Hey Neil,

I have a book called No More Pain which outlines my approach to pain control.  I do not use classical glove anesthesia because so many people cannot develop it.The literature says only 30% can develop glove anesthesia.  From my clinical experience I would say that's about right.  It's higher among hypnotherapy students which is why I think so many instructors still teach it.

If you are interested it cost $35 USD and you can download it as an ebook from my web site http://www.melissaroth.com.  I would suggest the ebook version since postage to NZ costs as much or more than the book.

Pain control is the easiert thing I have done in hypnosis.  You just havr to look at it from a little different perspective.
