What are you looking for on this site?: Interested in looking at what other people have to say, whilst avoid being preached at (a speciality of many forums across the internet).

Areas of Interest:: Smoking cessation, phobias, weight management, anger management and pain management.

I was able to get my wife to deliver our son with no traditional pain relief, which was in itself pretty lucky for her as his head was bigger than 1 in a 1000 newborns and she was left needing many stiches.

About Me: (please write something so we know you are a real person and not a spammer or robot): I am in a privileged position whereby I can be a home Dad for my baby boy Fletcher whilst also being able to take the time to see clients in my home where I have an office and a treatment room.

Having moved 300 miles to West Yorkshire in May 2011 I am now starting up a new practice up here with the support of my wife.

Hobbies:: Cooking (a lot), reading (both fiction and as much as I can about hypnosis and the mind), heavy exercise, walking my dog, being the best family man that I can, continuing tattoo art on my body by some great artists.
