Hi Robin the best place to get started is by checking out the forums... If you have any questions feel free to post something and I can ensure you that you'll get numerous responses also check out nongardtv.com Richard does two live tv sessions a week one on tuesday earlier in the day to accomidate those such as yourself and one sunday nights.... It's a great way to ask questions and get answers right away from a number of fantasitic people.. Also you might find the Global Hypnosis Summit coming to hypnothoughts in March to be a great oppurtunity as well... If there is anything specific you want to know post it or let me know and I will do my best to point you in the right direction...
