Areas of Specialty:: Smoking Cess. All the usual suspects. Some of my favorite things currently (and they do change so that's why a speciality is so difficult for me) are helping business people get out of their own damn way, and relationship issues.

About Me:: I was trained as a Hypnotherapist in 1993 at the Hypnosis Training Institute in San Diego, and you can feel good about my training since it is quite broad, including well over a thousand hours of training in Hypnotherapy, Energy Therapy, and NLP. I have taught new techniques which I created at the School of Healing Arts in San Diego, and I have held many workshops for healers and the general public on both the west and east coasts. I have had my own radio show, been on local television, and am the Director and Moderator of an online worldwide hypnotherapy network that has hundreds of members. I have created three healing techniques and the manual: "3-in-1 Positive Solutions in Energy Therapy", and I am the co-editor of "The Worldwide Hypnotherapy Book of Scripts and Inductions." "Everyday Miracles of Hypnotherapy" is a compilation of case histories that show how hypnotherapy is practiced from hypnotherapists all over the world. You might say that it is a “birds-eye view” into what really goes on in a hypnotherapist’s office.

Hobbies:: (trite, but true): Hypnosis and the healing arts, movies, dogs, finding (and eating) good cheap Mexican food, (and because I love good cheap Mexican food) - hiking, nature (although during the summer here in Phoenix, you pretty much have to watch nature on TV!)

Your Subconscious Mind Knows Best

Hi, I wanted to write something about trusting your client's own inner resources. I think it's so important because we, as hypnotherapists tend to interject our own beliefs and agenda, and I think that does not serve our client's best interests.
