I've recently has the pleasure to read Dan Cleary's new Book: Targeting Pain- A Practitioners Guide to Relief.
I give it a 10 out of 10 as there are so many benefits to my practice, so many new tools for my tool box, methods I had yet to discover and scripts I'm excited to use with my clients. And this is an easy read that offers something for every type of client that I see in my practice.
Within this book are so many methods, so many inductions, new skill's to…

Good Afternoon All,
I will be attending the meeting at the bottom of this blog. I am looking for good questions to ask at this meeting. My goal is to make a difference and I'm willing to put in the time, the effort, the blood and guts, the research to help this community to wake up and start questioning why teenage suicide even exists and why it is so high in Lake Orion, Michigan.
Yet, the facts speak for themselves. I am aware that over the past five…

Good Morning All,
Very happy to write that this morning, I received a call from a lady who found me on Hypnothoughts!
She read that I to have made personal growth through Guided Imagery, Meditation, Hypnotherapy, NLP, exercise and in her words, felt safe enough to give me a call this morning.
I feel it is a huge advantage, as a Hypnotherapist, to let other people, potential clients, know how human we are as well.
And…

I mostly take it once a day, at night. Beers don't seem to make much different. Coffee might be another story; you know your own stomach; my advice is don't push it. It can upset your stomach.
If you're trying to get to higher dosage it's gentler to take it at a smaller dosage more times a day. I've taken it up to four times a day.
Notice how fantastic you'll feel tomorrow!
Hi Scott, no need to store it in the refrigerator. Make sure that the juice you take it with doesn't have any added vitamin C.
Here's how I do it: I take the reacted MMS and add a few ounces of grape juice to it. I make sure I don't smell the MMS, because it can turn my stomach. I "shoot" or knock-back the MMS and grape juice in one gulp. I then have on hand another glass of a different kind of juice which I drink immediately to rinse my mouth of the taste of MMS.
Also, taking MMS on a totally empty stomach is much different. I usually like to take it a couple of hours after I eat - no more than that. If I do take it on an empty stomach, I reduce the dosage a lot.
