I've recently has the pleasure to read Dan Cleary's new Book: Targeting Pain- A Practitioners Guide to Relief.

I give it a 10 out of 10 as there are so many benefits to my practice, so many new tools for my tool box, methods I had yet to discover and scripts I'm excited to use with my clients. And this is an easy read that offers something for every type of client that I see in my practice.

Within this book are so many methods, so many inductions, new skill's to…

Teenage Suicide? Where do we start? Is this the product of a sick, scared society?

Posted on December 6, 2011 at 10:09am 1 Comment

Good Afternoon All,

I will be attending the meeting at the bottom of this blog. I am looking for good questions to ask at this meeting. My goal is to make a difference and I'm willing to put in the time, the effort, the blood and guts,  the research to help this community to wake up and start questioning why teenage suicide even exists and why it is so high in Lake Orion, Michigan.

Yet, the facts speak for themselves. I am aware that over the past five…

Pediatric Hypnotherapy: Hypnosis Helping Kids

What is hypnosis? What is   self-hypnosis?

Referral from Hypnothoughts

Good Morning All,

Very happy to write that this morning, I received a call from a lady who found me on Hypnothoughts!

She read that I to have made personal growth through Guided Imagery, Meditation, Hypnotherapy, NLP, exercise  and in her words, felt safe enough to give me a call this morning.

I feel it is a huge advantage, as a Hypnotherapist, to let other people, potential clients, know how human we are as well.

And…

I mostly take it once a day, at night. Beers don't seem to make much different. Coffee might be another story; you know your own stomach; my advice is don't push it. It can upset your stomach.

If you're trying to get to higher dosage it's gentler to take it at a smaller dosage more times a day. I've taken it up to four times a day.

Notice how fantastic you'll feel tomorrow!

Hi Scott, no need to store it in the refrigerator.  Make sure that the juice you take it with doesn't have any added vitamin C.

Here's how I do it: I take the reacted MMS and add a few ounces of grape juice to it. I make sure I don't smell the MMS, because it can turn my stomach. I "shoot" or knock-back the MMS and grape juice in one gulp. I then have on hand another glass of a different kind of juice which I drink immediately to rinse my mouth of the taste of MMS.

Also, taking MMS on a totally empty stomach is much different. I usually like to take it a couple of hours after I eat - no more than that. If I do take it on an empty stomach, I reduce the dosage a lot.

Hi Scott - I don't know any Deletinski's. Pretty neat that your uncle produced Neil Young though. I wonder if you ever had a need for those wool socks in TO???
Take care - looking forward to that coffee.

Hi Scott! Thank you! I'm originally from Thunder Bay, but spent about 10 years in Vancouver. I've been back in Thunder Bay now for 6 years and am enjoying being out of the hustle and bustle. If you ever make it back to visit your mom, it would be great to meet and grab a coffee.

Michigan pizza! I shudder at the mere thought of it. ; ) I lived way too many years in the Chicago area eating John's, Giordano's, Edwardo's, etc. I am/was spoiled by great pizza. Th

en I moved to San Diego. Pizza here is like Christmas at 95 degrees and no snow. (That is how my very first Christmas in Cali was. I love the weather here, but...I'm dreaming of a white Christmas... ) It takes a lot of searching for great pizza here.

Luckily, not far from us is a small Italian place. The owners are from Italy via New York, so we are happy. It's a combo of real Italian (Italy style) pizza and New York pizza. Delish!
