Most of us suffer from some type of distorted thinking in our lives. A couple of days ago I mentioned one of them that is of particular relevance to Hypnosizers; "all or nothing" thinking. I was having a chat with someone recently about other thought patterns that can get in the way of progress. She said that she didn’t actually have the all or nothing problem, she was quite happy to accept that there are grey areas and that she doesn’t have to be perfect all the time in order to be a success…See More
