During my last regression session my hypnotist was telling me how he had done a past life regression on someone who believed they were a person that had gone missing, who is yet to be found. They were able to describe the disappearance of this person, who took them and what happened to them. I believe totally in synchronicity....but why it happens sometimes baffles me!! Thursday evening my hypnotist lent me a book called Mind Games. He had been telling me the story of a Dr Freeman who had operated on the brains of mentally ill patients in an assylum, without using anesthetic. My first past life regression!

This is my first ever past life regression experience. Its why I joined this site and what made me decide hypnotherapy could be for me. I wrote this the night of my experience 25^th Sep 2010:-

My first violet flame!

I have now had several Reiki sessions and always feel an immense amount of energy. However on my last one a couple of weeks ago I had quite a different experience. It was awesome. At the time I had no idea what it was and when my Reiki Master explained it was the violet flame I still had no idea!!

What I saw was the most intense colours I have ever seen. It was like seeing a rainbow but seeing each and every colour seperately. Starting with red, then orange, yellow, green and ending…

Reiki and hypnosis

Hi, Ive been having Reiki sessions for around 3 months. When I had my first hypnosis session my hypnotist used reiki healing to start the hypnosis off. He has now offered to train me as a Reiki Master as he feels this will help me and my understanding. My question is does anyone else use Reiki to compliment hypnotherapy??
