Hypnotherapy and Podcasts

This may seem like a dumb question but I am not a techno person. Does anyone incorporate podcasts on their website? How else do you use podcasts? Some one has approached me to do podcasting with them and I am considering the idea but want all your expertise and feedback. Thanks Susan
