I use regressions for skin conditions, but you could shrink it like we shrink pain. Have the client give it a size, shape, color, sound and ask her to have it shrink in her mind noticing that the color and sound are fading. Have her raise a finger…

I'd go with anything for stress relief, remaining calm in any situation and breathing deeply. Of course food choices, salt etc are important too, but the #1 focus for me is relaxation - self hypnosis and or meditation will help too.

Christine, Dr. Oz says, "Meditation, not medication" for insomnia. Helping the client with self hypnosis and how to focus on her breathing are a few tips for insomnia. The big thing is not to fight it because when we fight and get…

Thank you Scott. If we can support and work together, we can accomplish great things. We often run into each other at conferences and seminars and it's nice when we can meet in person on a happy note rather than thinking about a post that was…

I have a high success rate with alcoholics and I really only focus on being in control. I don't really use scripts when I work with clients, but the suggestions in the script below for Taking Charge or Your Thoughts are some of the ones…

This is a script I used for a CD for a class I lead called "Finding the Light at the End of the Tunnel." Please note that the induction is based on one from Allan Chip's Script Magic. The rest is my own: Take Charge of Your Life by…

Love it. I would like to think I do this, but I am not such a "flowery" person. I will practice adding more feeling descriptions. Thanks!

The more you use scripts, the more the words just flow from you naturally. It gets easier and easier to ad lib. I generally write scripts for groups that I'm leading or CD's that I'm creating, but I almost always have 1 ready for my…

I'd even forgotten that we had learned that we both knew Mary while we were in Daytona. I set up a Parts Therapy class for mid October - no takers yet. I got one email from a gal out in the mid-west who decided, after we had emailed back and forth a few times, that she would take the course with Roy. I told her that I would have made the same decision!

I've done parts therapy with clients - love doing it, tho it's been very slow much of July and early August - picking up again.

Be well!

Hi Suzan - I had lunch with Mary Von Posch last Sunday when she came up for the NGH conference. I couldn't make the conference - tho I didn't want to miss seeing her. I didn't realize you folks knew each other.
