Baylor U did some testing on women who have hot flashes and found hypnosis to be helpful. I have created a new hypnosis audio to help these women but want to test it before releasing it to the public. I want to be sure it is effective before releasing so not to create false hope but a real option for some relief.

It never ceases to amaze me, as I travel the world presenting to practicing hypnotists, how most hypnotists / hypnotherapists do almost nothing after their Basic Training to increase their skills.
