I've been reading about the leptin diet. One of the things the author suggests is waiting for 5 hours between meals. In the past I've had a problem with energy highs and lows. Eating a good meal with some fat and then waiting 5 hours has really help…

I don't support the model of conscious vs. unconscious mind either. I believe that there can't be a completely accurate model of the mind... but I think if you're going to use a model at all, you can do better than the conscious/unconscious mind one…
Since I've started looking for Fructose rather than fat, I find it in so many things.

Sorry it took me so long to get back to you I didn't see your note until just now. I think the New Curriculum DVD's are great. I was never a big fan of Mark before, since I had only heard of him through his work with Ross Jeffries and their work in the Pick Up Artist community. However, I thought I would take a chance and found the DVD's to have some very good info. It would be better to attend a live class because he seems to give the class plenty of time to practice everything he teaches but due to cost I went with the DVD's.

Hypnosis can be used in so many treatments. From dental surgeries to major operations. I have used hypnosis on children who are hyper and it was worked wonder for the parents. Parents are enjoying their kids more now.

On and off for 8 years. I have also lived in Israel, France, Belgium and visited Egypt and all of Europe. I love hypnosis but found it hard to practice it in UK. Are you a hypnotherapist over there Karena or just interested in hypnosis.
