The Clincal Paperwork is just what I give to my clients. I let them have my intakes, phone intakes, receipt shells, etc. I do it to help them save some time in getting started. Im away from my office for the next few days but when I return to the office I would be glad to email you the folder if you like. Just let me know.

Glad to have you here. There's a lot of good information here and nice people who will help you learn. I think you will enjoy this community. And, check out the Global Hypnosis eSummit on the main page. You can learn a LOT there. I miss my daughter's friends hanging out at my house. They are all away at different colleges-scattered across the world. They still hang out on-line but not in my living room floor. I miss them and their stories and the laughter. Boys play sports but girls sleep over and giggle. Isn't it wonderful.
