Hidose anyone out there know of any good manuals/books/ dvds on the hypnotic gastric band,which is the best training course. I would like to incorperate this into my practice, but before splashing out lots of cash on a course which may or may not be of any value I want to read up on the methods So if you can help please reply GeorgeSee More
