Vince Black replied to james m's discussion DREAM CONTROL"I used to have terrible nightmares. I used the fast phobia cure from nlp, and the swish pattern, and self hypnosis with posthypnotic suggestions to have more pleasant dreams. I rarely have a bad dream. I hope this helps you.
