The police are your friend. You should always be in a place that it is leagal for you to do street hypnosis, either by local ordinance(allowing street performers or by permit etc.)

So, no I wasn't worried about the police...I actually was thinking of calling them...It was raining and there were some rowdies coming along in the background(that were not on video). I wasn't sure what they would do, hence the scanning to watch the audience and make sure that everyone was ok and safe.

The most important job when people trust you on the street to hypnotize them is their safety and well being.
