Actually it was more like an advertisement, but in any sorts. Here in other parts of the world, we can talk about people however we want to as long as it is't violently threating them or blackmail.

Change behavior pattern, reframing and some downtime for him self. I would also suggest anchoring a type of phone(headset, or whatever) he uses to good feelings and use the quick phobia cure, but in a different way with some reframming and anchoring…

Question about thinking about thoughts you think
So when you think about what you were thinking about, that was your thought, or what you think you thought that you think you were thinking you thought is it really the same as you thought you were thinking it was when you think about it, or has the thought already changed now, just as it always does in every second that you think about that thought you were thinking.

There is no such thing as "Hypnosis" ... go to a imaginary english speaking culture who have never 'seen' nor 'heard' of hypnosis. Isolate any volunteers for an induction without the wordy explanations ... and afterwards is your guess.
