- During the journey of our lives we each have events that impact the path we are to take in life. Each of these events is a "Sacred Beginning". I founded Sacred Beginning when I discovered my new path through miracles that happened to my family. Tragedy found me seeking assistance through hypnotherapy. I lost my Grandmother, Father, and Son all in the span of 6 months. My son was born premature at 26 weeks, lived for two weeks, and passed away. It was my Sacred Beginning on this new path.
I sought out a hypnotherapist who worked with me through my grief, helping me to conceive and maintain a pregnancy, and who showed me a different path for my life. Being impressed with the results achieved through hypnosis coupled with knowing I found my calling, I became a Certified Hypnobirthing Practitioner, Certified Hypnotherapist, HypnoBirthing Infant Massage Instructor, and Reiki Master.
It is my desire to use my gifts to help women and families on their own personal beginnings to a successful future.
I received my Bachelor of the Arts degree in Speech Communication from Otterbein College. Prior to becoming a hypnotherapist I worked in the corporate world as an Account Executive for over thirteen years. Prior to that I represented clients in unemployment hearings.

It is very beautiful here. People often think that Canada / British Columbia is all nature but I live on the coast in a city on the outskirts of a major city (Vancouver.) We are surrounded by beautiful mountains and the pacific ocean. You can ski in the morning and go to the beach by afternoon. We hardly ever see snow, it's pretty rare here, except for the mountains. We're actually in a rain forest. You don't have to go far to find nature though. I think it's the best of everything.
We are hosting the 2010 Olympics here.
