Animal Healing Work

You all may be interested in the animal healing work I am proud to do. It's an offshoot of hypnosis regression work using telepathy, empathy and transference. I become the animal, mentally, emotionally. I then take the issue at hand and go into a regression state to root cause and work through the emotion with EFT, just getting it all out, or both. When I am totally through, all the emotion, fears, anger around this issue is neutralized to zero. And the animal seems to have changed behavior,… Continue

Consensus Model vs. Clinical Study

There are some people who will always demand that there has to be a juried or peer reviewed study to back any statement or practice. Unfortunately there just aren't the resources or time to prove every practice. The real world is fluid and it isn't always practical to test everything in a segregated lab.

I recently attended a session where a medical professional talked about the consensus model*. It involves getting a group of practitioners together and comparing experiences in a… Continue

This is why I HATE buying things online! RAH!!!!

So it all started this summer.. I was looking for hypnosis DVDs to purchase. I saw this ''Anthony Jacquin'' all over a forum so I thought he might be the real deal. As a matter of fact, judging by his YouTube videos, he is. So I went and purchased 3 of his items:

- Reality is Plastic(RiP) Book

- Reality is Plastic DVD

- The Manchurian Approach

3 weeks later I get the first two in the mail... but not the 3rd.. Apparently, they were shipped separately, but it never made… Continue

A Surprise!

As I arrived at my office today, a package awaited me. Being a girl who loves surprises, my curiousity was whetted as I opened it. Contained within was a wonderful gift along with a note thanking me for my kind words here on HT.

What a wonderful reminder of the power of words. We can tear each other down, or we can lift each other up. The recipient of my comment was extremely thoughtful and he really made my day with this gesture.

HypnoThoughts, I love you! And, Sean… Continue

Kicked a stomach flu within the hour, with hypnotic suggestions.

Today I woke up with a bad case of the stomach flu.

How do I know it was stomach flu?

I had to stay put on the toilet, had bad cramps, and spilled my guts and stomach-fluids, and even when I was empty, I had to drink, just to satisfy the convulsions.

Well, as a diabetic that's a dangerous situation, because of the danger of dehydration, due to the lack of "reserve fluids" (pardon my lack of English expressions)

Now I lay there in bed, and thought to myself:"What am I going to… Continue

Emerging Market for Hypnotists ;)

The headline couldn't be clearer: "Takeover Gains Raise Red Flags - The shares of every mining company targeted for a takeover during the past year experienced run-ups in the days just before the deals were publicly announced, indicating a pattern of suspicious trading on stock markets, despite the efforts of regulators."

What does that have to do with Hypnotherapy?

To understand that, you have to… Continue

Self-Healing Audio FREE-Happy Holidays!

My gift to all Hypnothoughts members: instructions to learn self-healing. I just posted my Intentional Self-Healing audio recording on my blog. It is a progressive relaxation induction, then an easy, effective self-healing technique that I use all the time for myself, and have had tremendous success (haven't been to a doctor in 20 years).

This healing can be used on children, animals and others. Self-healing is empowering, cost effective, do-able, and drug and substance…

My new pic

I just uploaded a new pic taken Wednesday at our family thanksgiving dinner. I was seated at the dining room table (just before dinner was to start) with the tree behind me and my step-daughter just walked up and said "smile" and snapped the pic. My wife said it looked like a posed for picture. I just think it was lucky that the lens didn't break.. LOL

Mixed Emotions

Downhill skiing wasn't something I started until my 20's. A girlfriend who skied asked me to come along. The first time was fun. It was a little hill with a T-bar lift and a fresh coat of snow. "Not too bad," I thought.

The second time was at a ski resort. Just negotiating the chairlift was a struggle. To my chagrin, we skipped the bunny hill and went straight for the main chair. With the support and encouragement of my partner, I managed to stumble off the chair in one piece. Then… Continue

Hypnotic Training - One week update.

So it's been about a week since I joined HT and I wrote my blog post about my first 2 weeks with hypnosis. A lot has happened since, so I figured I should write another update. For most people a week is short, but I feel that I learn new things everyday as I test hypnotic techniques everyday. This week I've started getting a metaphor for hypnosis.I like to think hypnosis as a language, as a language of the mind. A language that we all speak, yet not consciously. When I hypnotize people, it's… Continue
