Question about thinking about thoughts you think
So when you think about what you were thinking about, that was your thought, or what you think you thought that you think you were thinking you thought is it really the same as you thought you were thinking it was when you think about it, or has the thought already changed now, just as it always does in every second that you think about that thought you were thinking.

well...if one is to believe 'you are your thoughts' then it doesn't matter what you are thinking when you are thinking it because what you thought you thought would be apparent in your body and mind, at some point. Although...this would also suggest that what your body is showing us today is the direct result of what the thoughts where of yesterday, so maybe what we thought we thought is projected in the body and what we think we think is what we say now and in the future.
