22 JAN 2009: Corporal Cadre

Norwich University chooses to train its future leaders by using recruits as guinea pigs. Each rookie platoon is given a set of corporals (second-year students) to practice cadre staff positions (Platoon Sergeant, Staff Sergeant, First Sergeant).
One thing these corporals cannot resist is learning all about their recruits (for some inexplicable reason). When they ask for anything interesting about ourselves, it inevitably comes up that I'm a hypnotist. There's no avoiding this. And of course, when they find out, they want a demonstration.
I suppose its good to spread the word around campus, so that I'll have made a good name for myself by the time officer boards roll around second semester junior year.
