I couldnt notice what was going on at first, lol

with some layer work in photoshop you can do the same with yourself. i did images, just for fun, with me repeated several times along the scenario.. the "typical photo manipulation", but i have never see this :D

Straight ahead, because his left ear as well as shoulder would be abnormally placed, however the profile view is clever artistry.
