A fuller Circle

As a child in school at the age of 10 I started to get books on hypnosis, hypnotising friends in lunch breaks and when I went round to their houses. My interests moved into the occult and magic, and for the last 20+ years I have spent studying the hidden mysteries. Over the last 10 years I have focused on Celtic Spirituality and Druidry/ shamanism. This has lead to 8 years of facilitating spiritual retreats and worshops for people all over Europe. I have also trained as a person centred counsellor. In the last 3 years I have started working as a professional magician (performance) which has led to me exploring the boundaries of where performance magic and the occult have seperated and where they can be rejoined. I have always believed that things come full circle and I have since last november found myself looing at hypnosis again. It is a wonderful experience to revisit an area of study when you are older, bringing to it all the possiblilities and insights that the last 20 years have gifted me. I am specifically looking at the work of Anthony Jaqcuin at present, although my library is not just limited to that having the complete wors of Erickson and a number of other books. My thoughts with this Blog are to share my ideas, my feelings in relationship to my world and how hypnosis fits ithin it. So hypnosis and the occult, hypnosis and magic, hypnosis and spirituality. Hopefuly what I say will be interesting and you will disagree with most of it, if you agree you already know and therefore have learnt all there is to know and should maybe transcend to a new level of experience. If on the other hand you find what I say pushes buttons, challenges your own beliefs then I shall enjoy your company on this journey.
