Hi Hypnotists - Last year a buddy of mine and I entered and completed the 100+ mile bike ride from Tustin, California down to San Deigo, California. Well, we have just committed to doing it again. We have just made that commitment and I'm wondering if there are any hypnotists out there that want to take on the challenge.

Here is a link to the site that has the information about "Amtrak Century Ride".

Come on and join me in the commitment. It will be a great motivator to help you get on that bike of yours and get into shape for the ride. You will look and feel great this summer!

Thanks Donna - We could do that. We'd just give the runners a head start! ;-) Cal

Super cool! If you could set up a bike and run (at a future NGH convention)... I'd do it. I'm a runner..but, I would be willing to cross over on occasion. ~grin.

Happy riding! You are an inspiration to others to get out there and...have fun.

I'm kind of excited... By the time I complete my Sunday 44 mile ride my bike's odometer will turn past 8,000 miles! How cool is that? ;-) I'm going to wear this thing out.

Kelley that is great! I started off with 5 mile rides. Then I just kept stretching out those rides until I was doing 20 and 30 miles. Now I do two 30s and a 44 each week (weather permitting). Now the greatest challenge is finding the time to do all that riding. The hardest part getting started and you've done that!

I'll be riding a 5 mile circuit in my neighborhood...about 20 times a month. I commend you for doing it all in one fell sweep!

Roger - Sorry to have overlooked your response! Wow, 202.25 miles. That is great. Keep on riding. It would be cool if we could put together a ride at the NGH convention one day/evening for all those interested.

Hi Cal - I am riding the STP (Seattle to Portland in July (202.25 miles) and then the MS Century (100 miles) ride here in Washington in September - afraid I have to pass on this one. - Looks interesting though. I am bookmarking it for the future.

thanks

Roger
