Chapter 08 - Dreams

First, an update on the progress of "The Secrets Behind The Secrets"
I came up with a new Ad line this week.

"A System of Personal Empowerment, from a Spiritual perspective, created by a Hypnotist..."

It's been averaging about 20 "likes" a day for over a week now on fb.

Speaking of the book... this is the big climax! This chapter is where it all comes together, "The Big Bang". All the frames fold into each other and allow the reader (seminar attendee) to learn a simple method of self hypnosis that has the power to create tremendous change in his or her life. This chapter had to be written in a more conversational hypnotic style with the intent on teaching (inserting the instructions into your unconscious) a more traditional hypnotherapy procedure without putting the reader back into a deep sleep state since we ended the last chapter with a "Power Nap" exercise... (built in seminar break)

I begin Chapter 08 with a nice ambiguity and begin building the final frame...

"Well, come back to reality. Now, tell me, how do you feel? Refreshed and renewed? Wonderful! Do you understand how a cleaning and optimizing of the mind, Power Nap exercise can be beneficial? Very good.

We have come to the point in our journey of discovery where we begin to piece together, like a jigsaw puzzle, the lessons we have learned in order to unlock the most important of The Secrets Behind The Secrets, and that is how to efficiently communicate with the Super Conscious, which is our connection to the Source, the Higher Power, the Creator and Architect of our reality.

Let's quickly review, you learned how to effectively control your emotions by using memories, which, of course, are located in your unconscious, and you also learned how to consciously access your unconscious mind in order to perform the processes necessary to clean and optimize your mind, processes that would naturally occur during deep sleep, a time when your unconscious mind is actually the closest it ever gets to the super conscious, which obviously means that, this is the best time to communicate to the Higher Power."

Phew!!!... Did you follow all of that?

I then use a little "sleight of mouth" and ask a question with the answer to the obvious question being "Dreams" so that they take ownership of the idea when they answer the question. I continue the technique to finish building the Dream frame...

"What if it's a two way communication?

What if your dreams are really your unconscious mind relaying information to the super conscious?

What if after your unconscious cleans and defrags your mind, it creates your dreams based on the information that it perceives to be important, but because it has no directions from the conscious mind, it creates a dream that is confusing and doesn't seem to make sense?

What if the Creator actually creates your future based on that dream because it believes that that's what you believe is your future?

What if you consciously gave directions to your unconscious by creating memories of a future that you actually desire and communicated those memories to your unconscious, so it could relay them to the Creator?"

The frame is complete. The only thing left is to teach the procedure and I do that by describing what I did while writing the book. We start by making a conscious decision about what changes we want to work on and future pace a scene where we have realized the changes have occurred, then anchor that to an emotion, strengthening the anchor by defining the boundaries and activating the area of the brain where this memory is being stored using the techniques from the "Emotion Control" chapter. Next, I take them deeper...

"Once I have comfortably established the memory I have created, I prepare to go to sleep by relaxing myself with the deep breathing exercise, obviously while repeating the mantra... Slowly, breathe in... and... Gently, calm down... Now... Slowly, breathe in... and... Gently calm down... Now, after I cycle through the exercise several times, I move my focus off the internal voice in my head that is continuing to repeat the mantra and on to my feet, progressively relaxing my feet, thighs, chest and shoulders, then finally my head. As I roll my eyes up and imagine watching the last of the stress and tension leave my body out the top of my head, I allow the heaviness of my body to quickly pull me down into a completely relaxed state as I visualize with my mind's eye, my internal, mental computer monitor."

Of course, we double the monitor's size, and double it again, until it's the size of a movie theater screen, then we add surround sound. When that's complete, we load the "Dream Maker" program, a video editing and production program that works on dreams, which means it edits emotions as well as the other senses associated with dreams, not just audio and visual. We intensify all the settings (redefining the boundaries and further activating the area of the brain where the memory is stored) before we minimize that program and load the "Utilities" program. Next, we clear the mind by running the cleaning programs and just before we run the defrag and optimize program, we make sure the "Auto Wake" option is disabled so that when we finish running the program we will just drift off into R.E.M. sleep. Once the defrag is started, the only thing left is to minimize it and maximize the "Dream Maker" program, expand it to full screen and play the future memory in looped mode as you drift off to sleep...

I include links to free mp3 recordings of both the "Dream Maker" and "Power Nap" procedures in the final chapter, Chapter 09 - Conclusion
