it seems that there is no point in changing settings. I have on repeated occasions attempted to stop receiving mail about discussions and have indeed responded to the

at least a dozen times without success.
I do not know how to contact the administrator, but if you are reading this please do me a favour and stop sending me all these e-mails about new discussions which I can find by myself by simply entering onto the site. I am sorry if I sound ungrateful in any way and I do enjoy being a member. But my inbox is overflowing.

To edit what emails you receive regarding content on this site, go to this page:
http://www.hypnothoughts.com/profiles/profile/emailSettings
and uncheck the boxes you don't want. That way you decide what gets sent to you and what doesn't.
