In a thread here discussing past life regression, Michael Ellner stated that he believes we experience many lives contained in one (childhood, 20's, 30's etc.). I do agree, as I have often looked back and even stated, "That was in my former life!" when referring to a certain stage of my life.
I am also interested in the theory of 7 year life cycles. Here is a simple explanation of the theory. Look and see if any of it rings true for yourself...

I notice that many of my clients are between the ages of thirty and forty. Here is what is said about the 5th 7-year cycle:
"The thirty-fifth year is the cutting of the emotional umbilical cord and true emotional adulthood arrives. Here one stands alone, able to withstand being influenced by the emotional attitudes of others. It is the opportunity to become free of the emotional stigma of the past and is a major change position in the seven-year cycles.
At thirty-five comes a solidity factor that gives you the opportunity to say, "Wait a minute. If I am going to do that, whom do I have to listen to?" If you are cutting and severing the influences of the past, you are probably, for the first time, deciding for yourself what you want to do. It is a freedom factor. Understand that when we talk about the cycles of growth, we are not saying that at the age of thirty-five you cut off everybody you know and hate your parents. We are saying you finally separate those concepts which are really yours from those which belong to somebody else."
Wonder what I'll be doing in my 15th cycle of 7?!
