I was just wondering if anyone has a disclaimer for their CD's when selling them from a website? I have several CD's available and was just wondering if I should be concerned. If so does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

I think the disclaimer telling the purchaser not to drive also functions as a convincer.

In my pretalk on the CD's I tell them not to drive. So I am with james, I just have it on the CD as pre-talk rather than printed. 20% will listen and drive...

I have a disclaimer on the CD and packaging, mostly warning people not to use the CD while driving. I always tell my clients the same if I'm giving them a recording of the session. About 80% of them say, "Well, duh! who would be that dumb?" The other 20% say, "I'm glad you said that because I was going to listen to this on my daily commute . . . "

I put a disclaimer saying consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions, not a substitute for medical evaluation and treatment and those with a history of siezure or epilepsy should consult a physician before using products with binaural beat technology or engaining in self-hypnosis.

Frankly, disclaimers arent usually worth the paper they are written on, people will sue you if they want, and even if you have no blame, the insurance company will settle leaving your name muddied.
