Erickson's Ocean Monarch Lecture
In the book Experiencing Hypnosis by Erickson and Rossi mention is made of a lecture that Erickson gave called the Ocean Monarch Lecture. The book used to come with a cassette recording of the lecture.
My copy of the book did not have the cassette. I've searched the web and various Erickson sites for an audio copy of the lecture without success. I have a text copy of the lecture. The audio copy of the lecture is said to have some extras.
If you know where I can purchase an audio copy of the lecture please let us know.

Walt, my search ...
of the internet for this was also in vain. I did learn that at one time eligible professionals could obtain this audio from the Erickson Foundation but not even that organizations shows it as being available from them any longer.
