For a while I have had a little nagging wish that I had the courage to actually do hypnosis just for fun in public. I'm not going to beat Sean's World's fastest hypnotist record anytime soon, nor am I intending to start touring as a stage hypnotist ( not yet at least). I have hypnotized lots of people on line and also a fair amount in person, with great results, both in the fun department and in therapeutic ways.

I spent Saturday climbing a small mountain with a new friend who at the top btw. declared that she was afraid of heights. I managed to convince her that since she had climbed the whole way she really wasn't scared... She was allready very interested in hypnosis, and after a great descent off the mountain ( no fear at all) we discussed up doing a session to help her with her weight-loss wish. We have dinner with our husbands and 3 other guys and as the dinner was almost over we again started talking hypnosis.

I told her that not all hypnosis is eyes closed and relaxed, that I actually have a friend John, who does a neat little eyes open trancing... as i started rapidly to describe John Cleesattel's color induction she immediatly started agreeing with me, even if I wasn't intending to hypnotize her right then. So the little devil came out in me I guess and I got down to business. Just like John's Skype sessions with me taught me the effectiveness of this induction, and his video demo also shows it nicely, 3-4 colors later she is stuck to the table and laughing nervously, hehe. I poked her hubby sitting next to me and said BTW... I just stuck your wife's hand to the table, is that OK with you? Since the dinner was over, I gave her control of her hand back. Didn't get to play with other trance phenomenon. She and the rest of the table thought it was very funny, even hubby was surprised, though I am sure he'll find away to explain away that it even happened. I don't care, he'll just have to figure out I am not abandoning this wonderful new field of hypnosis!

Check John's induction out, it is great and so simple even I could do it. . And you'll feel really good! lol!

Thanks John, for all you taught me, in and out of that wonderful focused state.... And Robin is not coming around any longer :P

Great job, Aino. Sounds like it wasn't just that mountain that you triumphed over! Now that you have more influence, would you please suggest to Santa that he bring me something special this year?

Very Cool Aino ... You know that John is channeling Dave Elman don't you? So you've been taught by the best

Woooohooooo, Aino! It's so easy to transition from a talk about inductions to an actual induction, isn't it? And the next time this kind of opportunity arrives, you will be all the more confident, won't you?
