Hey Michael,
That's awesome! Nice use of facts and quoting yourself.
I'll bet if you re-worked it to tie in to IBS Awareness Month, and sent it to your local media outlets and a different online PR service (see link to list below). You would get even more media coverage.

Comment by Michael Ellner on April 1, 2011 at 6:34pm HEALTH: Self-Hypnosis Can Help Alleviate Pain Related to IBS.
Michael Ellner, an internationally prominent self-hypnosis educator and co-author of four self-help books: "Tragically, most irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) sufferers will not be aware that hypnosis can help prevent and relieve their IBS flare-ups because their doctors are not aware that learning and practicing self-hypnosis can help. There are tens of millions of people who could be helped to feel better and heal faster who are not utilizing this safe, effective and affordable approach to preventing and relieving both emotional and physical pain related to IBS." April is International IBS Awareness Month, and as many as 100 million people suffer from IBS, according to estimates by Drug Development Technology (www.drugdevelopment-technology.com). In addition to his private practice, Ellner teaches hypnotic pain-relief techniques to doctors, dentists, nurses and frontline practitioners for PAINWeek, a major annual medical conference. Ellner is available as a resource on hypnotic, mind-body, and complementary and alternative approaches to taking the suffering out of pain. Ellner is located in New York City.
