the Free Hypnosis Social Network

Hello together,

with my four years experience in the field of hypnosis I am kind of a newby. But nevertheless I practice whenever I can, having full responsibility of my movements. So in fact there is a lot we can do. We could change things. Change Rules. A lot.
Most of the emotions I got from hypnosis in the internet world were like a strange thing for strange people that want to be someone or gain money.
But where is the fun element with all this? Many things are artificial in the world of hypnosis. And because I don't really have any questions, I wanted to ask for the funniest thing you ever did with hypnosis.

Directly or indirectly.

All this Rapid induction styles for me looks like a fashion thing, that just came up to everybody. I don't feel any problems expanding my behaviour. But I am more into conversational hypnosis than all this rapid stuff, because it has more colours to me.

In my opinion many hypnotists know that they can do a lot. But they don't do anything funny. Hypnosis society often looks to me like bikers of the 'Tour de France'.

In contrast to this opinion of mine I really have to make a compliment to almost all of you. Many of the people in the community hypnothoughts seem to be a way more serious than the people I saw before.

Cheers

That's great Karl, Next time try the handshake interrupt, when they start getting confused!
Maybe you'll even get him on the right track again.

Lol, I loved reading your story.

Hi Antoine, I let myself inspire from you.

This morning I set down in my favorite coffee and saw this crazy guy jumping around all the time. He was very officially in a trance state and also in a full episode of schizophrenia.

He was jumping around like on a balloon. See here in Berlin there are a lot of weird people, but nobody cares or locks them away. In germany we always have rules. So as long as this guy doesn't get any danger for the community he will not be locked away.

I was pacing him. I am not really afraid from these funny guys. He was trying to seem dangerous.

Then I started leading and he sat down and became very quit. Would have been a good moment to deepen his trance and help him a little but I had an appointment and 10 minutes to go...

Lovely neighbourhood anyway. I meet a lot of OCD patients and Depressive guys and girls here in Berlin. Schizo's, all this kinda disorders. Very interesting...

The funny thing for me was, that he did the same like the guy of the gasoline station. after a minute or two he suddenly noticed, that something went totally wrong. Lol. thanks for inspiration and doing some old style NLP techniques ;D I love it

Cheers and love

After seeing one of Richard Bandlers lectures, I was in a gasstation, to get something to eat, and thought:"Let's try some of the things I heard about!"
So while I was standing in the back of the shop looking for something good to eat, there was a truckdriver next to me, talking to himself, about what he wanted to eat.
I thought :"This is my chance.", so I listened to the sounds he made while making his selection.
He grabed one thing, grumbled:"euhrr" and laid it back.
Took the next item, mumbled "hmm" with a downtone and put it into his basket.
I watched him some time, while stating his internal selections, and mimiced them, before he made up his mind.
He took an item, and just before realy looking at it, I went like "hmmm" (downtone)
and he put the item into his basket, then he took another, and again I sounded "hmmm", again he put it in his basked, After some hmmm's, I needed the opposite conformation, so I saw him taking an item and mumbled "euhrr", and indeed he put it back.
Just when I stoped making sounds, and let him do the rest of his shopping, he stood upright, scratched his head, took 1 more item and while turning around while walking towards the counter, he saw all the items in his basket that he never realy needed. So at that time he came back my way, looked up, seeing me standing there, and got so confused, that he walked up and down the same path 4 times, before he got his barings back.
I realy had a lot of trouble, keeping a straight face.

...what a day to become two...no seriously I don't want to do anything like rapid trance induction...I have my reasons why.

So, between us. I think I was misunderstood. Throughout my history there came up some funny things that had nothing to do with military style suggestions...but they were funny just like this because I did not think of their outcome before. Some people might call it utilization but don't think they are just humans...

So, with some high respect for the people that know what they are doing and with some impressions of people that called themselves hypnotists but did solemly pay some thousend bucks to attend a course of someone that maybe attended another course I was very curious about some great thinkers that surely are present on this page.

I am sorry if you understood it the wrong way...

So, what do you do with hypnosis. You break noses?

Humour is subjective, so relating third-person tales of the funniest things my subjects have done (yes I do make the distinction between them and I) would be a bit pointless.
Rapid induction a fashion thing that just came up to everybody?
Now THAT'S funny!
I'm sure people told the same to Gil Boyne and Dave Elman before him and James Braid before HIM and... do I really need to go on?
So-called conversational Hypnosis on the other hand...
