I have a 15 year old female client with Rubinstein-Taybi Syndrom. She is high functioning and attends her local H.S. She has a huge resistance do doing her homework and considers teachers who assign it as "mean". I am looking for methods to anchor good feelings to doing the work. And associate completing the homework to providing results she can appreciate. Thank you, Lori Patnode

Your description is very short, so forgive me if I'm making assumptions. When you look at the situation through your client's eyes, what do you see? What is HER motivation to do the work? Help her to find her compelling reason to do it without using NLP/hypnosis, then use the techniques to anchor the good feelings that come when you future pace her to the point where the work is done and she's feeling AWESOME!
