Hmmmm, it reminds me of the Church of Satan's "Ritual to Be Used When Unbelievers Discriminate Against You."

Basically, the ritual involved setting up an altar, lighting a bunch of candles, and then naming all the ways people have discriminated against you, getting louder and louder and more and more shrill as you reach a state of heightened emotion. When the moment is right, you are to throw yourself to the floor, beating it with your fists and screaming, "It's not fair! It's not fair!" at the top of your lungs.

Then you are to realize what an idiot you look like, stand up, brush yourself off, and do the best to regain your dignity and self-respect after being such a whiny baby about discrimination. :-)
