Brilliant. :) I had a hypnotist friend aid me in overcoming my phobia of spiders as well. I've even gone as far as to save them from life threatening situations and call them "Cute wittle fella" LOL .  It used to be so bad that if I knew one no matter how small was in the same room as me, I'd have to hunt it and kill it to be comfortable and now I co-exist with them just fine.

That's a brilliant video although I would have liked to see the actual technique he used, new behaviour generator or desensitisation ? More and more things like this are being made public and it can only enhance the reputation of hypnotherapy
